Futur Concept

Overflow support

Your designer is swamped. We lend a hand.

Futur Concept supports cabinet shops and manufacturers that already have an in-house designer, but more work than they can handle. Per-project reinforcement, no hiring, following your methods.

The situation

Too much work is a good problem — until it costs you contracts.

Peaks

Overload periods

Several projects land at once, deadlines tighten, and your designer can't keep up — through no fault of their own.

Risk

Refusing or delaying

Without backup, you turn down contracts or push deliveries back. Your clients may look elsewhere.

Hiring

A heavy decision

Recruiting a second designer means salary, training and equipment — for a workload that may slow down again.

Our answer

An outsourced design team, engaged project by project.

Futur Concept acts as an extension of your team. You send us the projects that overflow; we prepare the execution drawings, 3D models and production packages following your conventions, your templates and your methods. Your in-house designer keeps the lead — we relieve them.

01

Per project, no commitment

You call on us when the workload demands it. No salary, no long-term contract.

02

Your methods, your standards

Deliverables follow your conventions and formats, agreed before the mandate begins.

03

Your client stays yours

We work for your business, in the background. The client relationship and fabrication remain entirely yours.

What we can take over

The deliverables that free up your team.

01

Execution drawings

Plans, assembly details, bills of materials and cut lists ready for the shop.

02

3D and renderings

Models and photorealistic renderings for your client presentations.

03

CNC preparation

Machining files, programming and production packages for your equipment.

04

Kitchen & millwork design

2D/3D layouts for your clients' kitchens and built-in furniture.

Common questions

Working with an external partner, clearly explained.

Will you replace our in-house designer?+

No. We work under their direction or alongside them, on the projects they can't absorb. They keep the lead and the client relationship.

Do you work with our templates and conventions?+

Yes. Formats, layers, title blocks and presentation standards are agreed before the first mandate, so our deliverables blend into your workflow.

How does a first mandate work?+

You send us a project — sketches, dimensions, photos, shop constraints. We agree on scope, price, revisions and schedule, then deliver. One project is enough to test the collaboration.

Do your clients know you exist?+

Only if you want them to. We work for your business; you remain the single point of contact for your clients.
