1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of futurconcept.ca and the services offered by Futur Concept, a technical design bureau in Quebec: millwork and cabinetmaking drawings, custom kitchen design, interior design, built-in furniture, 3D modelling and CNC technical preparation.
2. Use of the website
The website is provided for information purposes. You agree to provide accurate information in our forms and not to use the website for illegal or harmful purposes.
We may change the website content and these terms at any time; the online version prevails.
3. Design services
Each assignment (drawings, design, renderings or CNC preparation) is covered by a written quote or agreement stating deliverables, rates, timelines and each party's responsibilities. In case of conflict, the written agreement prevails over these terms.
Futur Concept is a design bureau: we do not manufacture or install. Fabrication and installation are the responsibility of the cabinetmaker, manufacturer or contractor chosen by the client.
4. Payment
Invoices are payable according to the terms shown on the invoice or in the agreement. Applicable taxes (GST and QST) are added to invoiced amounts. Late payment may lead to suspension of services.
5. Deliverables and revisions
Drawings, renderings and files are delivered in the agreed formats. The number of included revisions is stated in the quote. Any change of scope after approval may be subject to a billed amendment.
6. Intellectual property
Drawings, renderings and files delivered to the client are intended for the agreed project. Texts, logos, images and content on the website belong to Futur Concept or its partners and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Liability
We do our best to keep website information and delivered documents accurate but cannot guarantee it at all times. The client and their manufacturer remain responsible for verifying on-site measurements before fabrication. Futur Concept is not responsible for the content of external websites linked from this site.
8. Personal information
How we handle your personal information is described in our privacy policy, compliant with Quebec's Law 25.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. The French version prevails in case of discrepancy.
